Approval

There is a fee according to fee fact number 1.14 of the list of fees as attachment to § 1 ElektroGBattGGebV (List of fees) for the approval of a guarantee system. 

Application withdrawal fee

If you withdraw a submitted approval application prior to acceptance, stiftung ear can charge a fee of up to 75 percent of the fee for the efforts already made regarding the procedure – depending on how much effort was involved – according to fee fact number 1.14 of the list of fees.

Application denial fee

If stiftung ear denies your approval application, you will pay for the effort required – depending on how much effort was involved –  a fee up to the amount of the approval fee according to fee fact number 1.14 of the list of fees. 

Subsequent alteration of an assessment

There is a fee according to fee fact number 1.15 for changing the approval of the guarantee system for each alteration notification.
