As of 01.01.2025, the legal provisions on notification in the Administrative Procedure Act (Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetz, VwVfG) have changed. Electronic administrative acts are no longer deemed to have been notified after three days, as was previously the case, but after four days following dispatch. This affects all notifications from stiftung ear, including registration notifications, installation and collection orders, etc.
